Placing an order by calling to a customer service: After shopping through online, shoppers can give an order by making a call to customer service representative instead of placing on order through website. This can be chosen for different reasons. That can be, online retailer may not have option for completing purchase online or these features may not be functioning properly , etc. Before calling to customer service, online shoppers need to keep necessary information available. Such information can be product number, billing information, shipping information, etc.


Placing an order through the fax or mail: After browsing for items through online, customer can give an order through the fax or mail to the online retailer. This method can be used when a customer have the ability to pay by the cheque. But the order in this way may take longer time.
