These are like loss of a block or tread or severe cracking in the sidewall etc. If it is occurred within 2/32 inch, most of the manufacturers replace the tire for free of cost. Buying a used or pre-owned car is not an easy task when compared to buying a new car. There are many things that you should consider before buying a used car.
