  • By sitting: If you are waiting for someone, during journey by bus or train one can use this style for meditation.
  • BY walking style: This style is suitable when you have time after your lunch or dinner.
  • By Mantra/word style: This style is suitable while you are going to some religious place.
  • By listening style: This style is suitable and can be used before going to bed by hearing radio castes, head phones, etc.,
  • By watching style: This style is suitable when you are watching T.V., News papers, etc.,
